Pregnancy Miracle??

I was on YouTube early this morning when I came across a video about a woman and a few others that tried this natural treatment and after I clicked on the link I saw that it was about $50 to buy it but I have no clue what this treatment really is I don't even know if it's real if any of you have ever visited the website can someone explain to me what pregnancy miracle is and what the treatment consist of there is a tutorial video but I really don't understand

is this fake/hoax?????
