Help, AF symptoms but where is she?

Winter • I am a 31 year old step Mother of four, consisting of two boys and two girls. I've been married for 18 months and been ttc for two months. Praying for a miracle.
My last cycle was December 8th-15th since January 5th been experiencing AF symptoms but no AF. I took a pregnancy test but it came out negative. I'm so confused!!!!!
