Trouble inserting NuvaRing
So I started the NuvaRing last Friday (8 days ago) and I've been having trouble getting it all the way up. I've read that it ends up slipping down or even out for a lot of people, but I can't get it up far enough (that's what he said).
Anyway, I am naturally tight, but have never had any discomfort or trouble having sex or getting tampons in...but it seems like I just tighten up every time I try to push it in further.
Anyone else have this problem? Any advice?
