Looks like a boy ! They say if they say boy then normally that means boy but if they say girl then there is a chance it still could be a boy if u go to early

12 weeks is too earlier to tell, you better wait until 20 weeks to get final answer. Because I had an ultrasound on 13 weeks and I was told it's a girl then at 20 weeks I was told it's a boy. So it's very easy to make mistake at this stage.
