Yeast infection or something worse?

So I just got off a heavy dose of the same antibiotic used to treat STIs so I'm not really concerned about that. I've had unprotected sex with two guys in my entire life, because I have an iud. Currently I have a vague painful sensation down there, but no bumps or discharge or painful urination. It's been driving me crazy. I hear that antibiotics can cause yeast infections so I took a probiotic today. Currently in the middle of an insurance change and trying not to panic. Any thoughts? (oh, and my mom has a history of yeast infections without discharge).
