Rainbow baby! No period since MC..?

Question

I had a MC in November and it was natural. I took a pregnancy test a few days after to make sure my levels were back to 0. Five weeks after my MC I got a positive ovulation test and we BD! And here we are 10DPO with these lovely double lines! Anyone else get pregnant after a MC with no period in between and have/are having a successful pregnancy? I'm worried another MC. Thanks everyone!

I miscarried June 28 didn't have a period the next month and I'm in my 29th week of pregnancy now

I had a mc on sept 4th and was pregnant again by October 8th and had a healthy boy who's now 4 years old 😊 congrats and have a healthy happy 9 months
