my roomate i have discovered does not wipe when she uses the toilet because the roll is empty and my stash of tp (I buy my own) is unopened except one roll and hers is unopened and gathering dust, is there a way to confront her disgusting self or go to the manager of the barracks before I get another uti from her lack of hygiene
