For all ladies who want to remain motivated to eat healthy and exercise during pregnancy!
I'm sure this has been asked plenty of times, but let's be real, I'm not going to search for that. Best prenatal (currently 2nd trimester) workout DVD/video: GO! I was extremely strong and active before becoming pregnant, but the first trimester wiped me out. I'm 20 weeks now and finally finding my energy again, but all of the time spent laying on the couch seems to have added fluff and atrophied my muscles. I feel like a marshmallow. A pathetic one. I just started the Denise Austin cardio and toning videos (on YouTube), but they are SO LAME! Are all prenatal workouts this...careful? Slow? Light? I had two full time jobs my first pregnancy, so I didn't work out. This time I'm a SAHM, so I'm finding staying active much more difficult! Help meee!
