I am type 2diabetic recently diagnosed while my 5ths pgcy miscarried that one my alc back in aug was 9.4 😔but thank God lost about 20lbs n my a1c is 6.0 now n dr told me still high😒 i was excited that it was lower then i had it but she wants it at a 5.7... I thought i was only one type 2 n pg 😁 good luck to all u pregnant mommys

I am. My a1c was 8.8 and my insulin was increased from 20 units to 50 units for this pregnancy.

I was type 2 diabetic for my first son and somehow my pregnancy reaolved my diabetes becuase it is no longer present, i even passed the one hour glucose test with this pregnancy

I had my baby girl in October but I had type 2 diabetes while I was pregnant with her. Just stay on top of it and you will be great!

I'm on metformin for pre diabetes but she said in the second trimester I'd come off and go on glyburide but reading a lot of negative on it http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/842412

I was diagnosed about 8 years ago and had been on metformin and glyburide. I'd managed to lose about 50 lbs in the year prior to becoming pregnant so was nearly off all the meds.  Dr gave me insulin though to use as needed.  So far the highest i am seeing is in the 160s so i haven't been taking much. Hoping the babe isn't taking all the sugar and getting huuuge!
