Once I have messed it up bad enough to have a stylist fix it. I have been using the same color of box dye on my hair for the last 3 years. Every 6 months to a year I'll dye it, but the last 2 dyes my ends come out darker than my roots. It looks like the opposite of ombré and it's actually kind of pretty and it looks like I've done it on purpose but I just want my hair ONE color. Everyone was complimenting it last time so I left it. This time I'm just annoyed. WHY WONT MY ROOTS TAKE COLOR.
