So uncomfortable

I'm 37w2d and I can't seem to get comfortable in any position. Sleeping is dang near impossible I toss and turn all night or wake up to pee or from having nightmares. The longer I'm uncomfortable the more irritated I seem to get. How do you ladies get comfortable?
