I took s pregnancy test and it said no but I feel different, but I still want to drink... What would be the best thing to do?

Drinking during the first few weeks of pregnancy carries less risks than later on in the pregnancy. Obviously there are still risks, but they are very unlikely, so it's up to you if you want to take the risk if you think you might be pregnant. But I wouldn't worry too much.
