Having prelabor symptoms. 😣 FTM
I've been having hella prelabor for the past 8ish hours. I have been woken up nearly every hour to hour and a half to mass cramping (Braxton hicks) and it's just so uncomfortable.
What are some ways to keep my mind off of it until my water breaks or I go to my prenatal apt tomorrow.
I'm trying to stay as calm and relaxed as possible, it's just very hard I'm home alone until my SO gets off work in 9 hours, and I've played every game in my phone.
What did you do? Have you tried? Or heard works well?
Help a FTM out.
