What are some old tricks that you have heard through the ages that will "guarantee" a specific gender during  conception? Have you tried any of them? What were your results?
For example:Â
I have heard that if you have sex during a full moon you will have girl🚺 and if you have sex during a quarter moon you will have a boy🚹
