Ladies! I need medicine help.
So I woke up yesterday with a sore throat like killer and today I have a headache, cold sweats and stuffy nose. I had a positive opk Tuesday ovulated Wednesday. So my question is, is it okay to take normal cold medicine right now since the egg hasn't even implanted yet or is there a list of safe medication? All I have is dayquil & alka seltzer plus cold.
