Does this happen to anyone?!

I'm 10 weeks & 1 day pregnant when I'm standing up I have a bump or when I lay on my side but when I lay on my back its totally flat! Does this happen to anyone?! I'm getting worried

I think you're probably okay. The belly gets smaller because of gravity when you lay back, but the baby bump is more defined. Your baby is likely still too small to see. Also, laying back pulls your organs deeper into your pelvis and abdomen. Standing up would cause them to sort of hang forward.
