Anyone else trying the SMEP method?

Phew it is hard work - me and SO are both shattered!! 😄

Got positive opk on Friday so have to bd one more time tonight, then Monday we have off then Tuesday again! Then rest. And the TWW!

Would love to know if anyone else is trying this, or if any of u have any success stories!

The first two months we tried every day of my fertile Window. In month three we only did every other day and I have fallen pregnant xx

Here's mine! We did miss one every other but got it the next day so let's hope! Got my positive OPK Thursday!

I am too! It's a bit exhausting! We just finished the 3 days in a row so today's the day off.  We may still end up BDn because it's Sunday and no work and tomorrow's Monday and Monday's are always physically draining! Hopefully it'll still work as well lol!

Hi All, yes me and my hubby are doing it this month, been ttc for 4 months and in previous months we have BD every day in the fertile window so this month we have done every day since AF, then I got positive ovulation on Friday so have BD for the last 3 days, might tonight then rest tommow! I have posted my calendar...please share yours?
Sounds like we are all on similar cycles so we can be cycle buddies and help each other through this tww! 😩 AF due on 23/01! 🍀 ✨✨
