Progesterone Suppository Causing Cramping?

I was prescribed progesterone suppositories 2x daily bc my progesterone was low yesterday was my first say and after taking my evening dose and going to bed i had strong abdominal cramping all night long I am wondering if anyone else had this experience? I believe it is stomach cramps not uterus cramping so i dont want to jumo the gun snd go to emergency services saying i am having cramps and they tell me to prepare for MC if it is not about that at all and then i stress for no reason but I also dont want to ignore it if it is abnormal. Thanks for any info ☺
