Early scan advice

I'm going in for my first appt on Tuesday and I really want an early scan as I am off to Ireland Thursday and want to know everything is okay before I leave I'm very anxious and currently ill in My last pregnancy it turned out to be a blighted ovum I have same symptoms as i did then I just want It to be okay this time and wanna see my Lil bean how can I convince the hospital to scan me early x
