A week ago I had the 24 hour flu really bad. Since then I feel fine all day but in the evenings I get nauseous and have thrown up a few times. Could this still be some form of the flu or some other bug or does it sound more like morning sickness. It is definitely possible I could be pregnant but I have not missed my period yet. My period is due in 3 or 4 days. Just asking for opinions. Thanks.
