Once or twice a day?

Should we BD twice a day during fertile window? Or should once be enough? This is our last shot for six months so hoping this is our month! HELPPPP.

Answer

It doesn't take sperm 24 hours to replenish. You are more than OK to BD every day or twice a day.

If your partner has issues with sperm motility, that is when you should only BD every other day.
