Fertile week on glow

Kristin • Sun, Jan 10 • Been married 8 yrs, actively TTC for 6 yrs. I have PCOS & insulin resistance and never ovulate. My cycles are 100+ days. We just finished our fourth round of clomid.

It's my green week on glow but I've registered negative ovulation test the whole time. So why doesn't glow readjust that it's apparently not my fertile week?
