Embarrassed to admit this but after a miscarriage in November we haven't had sex at all since we found out. I'm 5 weeks. If I'm honest I prob won't until we've had a scan. My other half understands my paranoia and I can please in other ways! Just worried that's what caused it last time which I know is ridiculous x

Sex is totally safe. I read that a little bleeding/spotting after sex is not something to be worried about because right now you have increased blood supply to your vagina and uterus. It can also lead to nosebleeds.

I've been having sex since the day we found out. It's a little uncomfortable. But I don't see what it would hurt.
