Is not feeling pregnant normal?

I been feeling like this for two days now its scary I just hope baby is doing fine I'm 11 weeks 4 days today and it freaks me out to feel like this

I'm 9 weeks and 4 days with my only symptoms ever being sore boobs and frequent urination. And some days the soreness in my boobs will on tone down. But it's completely normal for symptoms to fade and then reoccurr.

I didn't feel pregnant until 15 weeks or so , even after I heard my baby's heartbeat at 9 weeks and everything I didn't feel pregnant until close to my gender ultrasound and well after that too. It might've been because I didn't ever start showing until 7 1/2 - 8 months pregnant and now I'm 25 days away from my due date (give or take) and I'm just ready for this to be over with

It's pretty normal to have the early symptoms go around now. I think mine started to fade around 10 weeks.
It's okay to call your doctor if you are worried though. Nothing wrong with that.
