Hormones question?

I was wondering if you guys are able to control your hormones as in crying, getting mad and cranky? All I know I can't control mine for nothing!!! Maybe it's because I'm a first time mom.. 🤔

Honey, from my experience trying to control pregnancy hormones is like trying to stop a runaway train. Best thing for me is to just keep to myself for a bit until they get themselves under control. I've heard taking magnesium can help level them out some but I've never tried it.

The farther along I get , the worse my hormones have become . @ about 30 weeks he started keeping me up when I wanted to go to sleep and I still haven't adjusted 3 weeks later . It makes me cranky & irritable , I have a short tolerance for others at times but when I can sleep I soak it up & eat as soon as I wake up . Eating always helps calm me down awkwardly. I would suggest hydrating more as well . Helps a tad

I am able to mostly control the whole anger issue. But crying... I can't control that. Ready to have my normal 'sane' hormones back lol

I've had no change in hormones since I've gotten pregnant ( confirmed by family members 😂) but I think it's because this is my second baby ... In my first I was a little ... Edgy.... 😅
