Okay this sucks!

⚓❄Mary❄⚓ • Sun, Jan 10 • 31, married almost 2 years (together almost 4years). Healing from loss at 39.5 weeks. Ttc #2, we have a beautiful 4 year old boy

I have a sinus infection?!?! Really?! Ugh! My face hurts and my lieft side of my face looks like I got punched. Its all swollen. I know I can take small amounts of Tylenol. But what can I take to help the congestion? Any remedies you know of that are safe for a pregnant woman? Don't want to hurt my little bean. But this really hurts. There's gotta be a solution.
