Have my first ever 1 hr glucose test tomorrow but it's not until 1:15 in the afternoon! I wasn't told I had to fast or anything like that but what did you ladies eat that wouldn't spike your sugar? I know the obvious things that don't have sugar at all but anything else? I feel like if I don't eat something I'm going to get sick. I about pass out just with needles so the blood draw and rh- shot are already going to make me sick.
