Sudafed PE
So I was told that regular Sudafed is ok to take, and after taking it for 6 days I realized that it's Sudafed PE! Phenylephrine HCI!!!! I'm so freaked out after reading that it can cause birth defects! I'm 22 weeks tomorrow! So well out of my first tri, but still.. I don't want there to be any risk if I'm ingesting it! What should I do?!?!?!
