Otto?

My husband's boy name is Otto. We have a German last name as well. What do people thing of Otto, in all honesty? I just think the poor child would be picked on.

My uncles name is Ottomer. Very German family. He absolutely hated it. He's the third too. He said he'd never make his child a 4th. They had twin boys so he lucked out, didn't have to hurt anyone's feelings

My dentists name is Otto! ! It was also the name of my dog. But it was a German dog and I didn't pick the name. I like it though!
