I've gotten to were I put on 2 for at night and overlap them at the ends just a bit. That way it doesn't go everywhere! Saw an episode of Tyra Banks' talk show where one woman talked about wearing adult diapers during her period. Mine is usually so heavy that I seriously considered it for a while.

Nope. This doesn't happen with me. I know I know, tmi.. but I don't actually seem to leak anything when I sleep. Only when I'm standing or walking around do I actually bleed. Most of it comes out in the toilet. Idk, maybe I just have a lot of control down there. I don't bleed a whole lot so that helps. I hate tampons BTW. The idea of something stuck up there all day weirds me out.

I have a heavy cycle & opt to sleep with pads (tampons in the day) & I've never had this problem because I just know to sleep on my stomach during my period week. My big sister taught me this it works like a charm!

I always hated that with pads..

What I hated more was wearing the super plus tampons and then waking up and my period being so disgustingly heavy that the moment I stood up I was dripping blood and when first changing it I looked like a murder scene. Blood streaming down my god damn legs.

That would only happen after months of skipped periods though.
