Sleeping!?!?

I'm 23 weeks and I can't sleep at all I'm tossing and turning all night and can't get comfortable I tried Tylenol PM and it helps a little, but is there anything else I can do or take?

I have the same issue I don't sleep at night hardly I get like 2-3 hour stretches before I wake up for thirty minutes and then back to my 2-3 hours again lol. I just deal with it because I know it's part of being pregnant this is my third lol but I feel like the not sleeping has happened sooner this time. I find if I'm really tired and active during the day I sleep better though.

My doc said unisom for sleep is just fine! Or benedryl which makes a lot of people sleepy

I've been taking benedryl to help me sleep.. I am 24 weeks.. And I know it's gonna get worse lol

A glass of warmed milk always puts me to sleep.

I have the same problem. I haven't taken anything besides tylenol pm but in a month It'll  probably get worse and I'll  be too tired to work.
