Anyone else get nauseated when hungry?

I'm 11w6d and I haven't had an appetite. But recently I've been getting nauseous every 4 hours eating is the only thing that helps. Maybe my portions are too small?anyone feeling this?

I've felt this way. I wouldn't up your portions. I'd up the amount of times you eat a day though. Little and often

I was feeling the same way during weeks 8-12. I ate something bland & small every 2 hours & that helped. Also peppermint tea & ginger ale!

Yes I felt so sick the other day I made myself chug a smoothie that was so chalked full of healthy stuff it tasted horrible to try and counter my malnourished feeling.

I'm the same no matter what my portion size. It's like my body tells me when I'm getting low to eat something wether it's big or small and it subsides xx

Yeah I would especially get nauseous when I woke up in the middle of the night. A handful of almonds made me feel better immediately.

Yes! This happens with all of my pregnancies. I just eat every 2 to 3 hours and stay hydrated. I know sometimes it's easier said than done especially for the mamas who cant keep food down but it helps. Also I notice if I don't get a decent nights sleep my nausea is in overdrive!

Small frequent portions help me with my nausea. Try not to wait to long in between meals.

Yes.  I've been suffering from morning sickness since 7 weeks and found that if I wait too long to eat I get nauseous too. I try to eat every 2 hours even if it's just a snack.  Which is difficult because I end up throwing most of it up anyway but I gotta try.

I was 11 + 4 at my last appointment. My doctor gave me prescriptions because I've been so sick, but I'm trying to take them as little as possible. He did tell me that I need to be eating. He said, 'I don't care if you're eating chocolate cake or mustard-dipped bananas, whatever you can keep down, eat. Every hour.' I eat tiny portions very often through the day, or else I get very ill.

Anyone else get nauseated when hungry?
