My husband's chore is to wash the dishes. And he will usually wipe down the stove and counter while he's at it. So, I reminded him that it needed to be done while I was at work. I come home, and the whole apartment was clean! He even did a load of laundry, vacuumed, everything! It was such a surprise that my hormonal self burst into tears. He thought I was mad for a second lol Now I can just relax tomorrow on my day off.
