Don't no who to talk to. 😔

My first child myself and my SIL both gave birth 2 weeks apart, I found out I'm expecting my second at the end of Dec and am 6 weeks tomorrow (what is still hush hush from everyone due to bad bleeding) and yesterday when we was with family the same SIL announced she is also expecting and is 5 weeks,

I don't no how I would cope if they give me the worst news when I go for my follow up scan on the 21st

Sorry no one knows about our new little bundle of joy so I don't have anyone to talk to other than my hubby 😟
