Help with formula supplementation
Unfortunately my plan to breast feed is not going as planned, I'm producing less and less milk no matter what I do. Now at 2 weeks Im not producing enough to keep the baby comfortably fed.
So even though it breaks my heart, it looks like I'm going to have to start supplementing with formula.
Any formula recommendations and why for this first time momma?
