When do the cramps stop?

I'm pretty misererable with cramps... Sometimes they are really bad on the right side (probably the side the egg is from), sometimes (like now) they encompass my lower abdomen and feel like painful period cramps. How long do they last?! There is no bleeding... Thank goodness.

Mine lasted for about 6 weeks. It was agony and they were debilitating. Now in my second trimester and the pains that I have are nothing compared to those 6 weeks. It is the uterus expanding. I took warm baths with epsom salt and drank lots of water. Please know that it is normal for some women, you aren't alone.

I thought I was the only one who had horrible cramps! Mine were from 4w-6.5w. There were nights I'd crawl to the bath from the bed. I drank more water. Reduced my prenatal pills a bit, took colace, and walked more. They are gone now and I'm 8w2d. But there were times I cried, wanted to puke in pain, got dizzy and just fell on the floor. Good luck!

I got them throughout the first trimester, but the really bad ones I only got for 2 months or so.

Mine started at about 5-6 weeks and lasted almost 2 weeks, but they have slowly subsided.  But fair warning... Once my cramps stopped, severe ms set in.... Uhhhgggg!  Just keep your eye on the prize!!! :)
