Like someone else said: they should be testing your urine every visit. If they're not, they need to be. Testing your urine lets them know if you have any infections, if there's protein in it (major sign of preeclampsia, if you're hydrated enough, etc.

They should be checking your urine at every visit! There are things they look for to make sure things are okay without having to draw blood every single time.

I know my doctor checked it the firsts time along with my blood tests that you have to do but I heard some doctors always check it when you go that was the case with my first duagter
