To test or not to test

Glow tells me to test today im almost 13dpo but am very Leary since I took an ovulation test yesterday and for the first time ever it was bright positive. I also took a hpt it was negative but not with first morning urine. So should I just wait? Im still super confused about the opk test but let me see your votes or any advice
