Classes?

What classes are you ladies taking curing pregnancy? I am a FTM and have no idea what to skip or go too! Thank you!

Definitely take a Birthing Class!!! Hubby and I took one with our first and we got so much info from it and knew what to expect when we went into labor. It helps to do the class at the hospital you plan to have the baby at because they will give you a tour too 👍

I'm in centering for now so I get a different "class" each appointment. Last week was nutrition and next time is general pregnancy complaints

Check your hospitals website. They have breastfeeding, newborn care, and lamaze classes offered for free.at least they do here in Texas.I think all three are beneficial
