How can you stop your stomach from getting bloated?

Hi, so i have endometriosis  and after i eat my stomach  gets bloated which i hate! Because  there been people  who have ask me if I'm  pregnant  plus i hate how in the summer  i can't  even wear cute tight tops 😔 is there something  i can take or do to stop my stomach  from  getting  bloated?

bloating is a very common side effect from endo, it sucks. have you tried gas x or a similar product? drink lots of water and try to narrow down which foods cause bloating. for me it's anything processed, gluten, too much dairy and sugar. all the fun things. and of course when my period arrives I feel like a whale. diet is a pretty important factor in reducing the side effects of endo. look into the paleo diet, I started that and saw a significant change in my bloating as well as with my energy levels and pain. good luck!
