My and my boyfriend of almost 9 months have been have sex for about 3 months. He was my first time and I haven't told my mom yet. How do I tell her? And how do I ask to get on birth control?( we have had a few scares)

I don't think you need a parent to get put on birth control, but maybe that's just here. Go see your local clinic. And you absolutely do not need to inform your mother you lost your virginity. Your sexual private life belongs to you. Your body belongs to you. That's not her business, unless you want to tell her, but don't feel like you have to, at all.

I have a very chill mom, and I'm not saying yours will react like this, but my mom was very calm and cool. She said she just wants me to be safe, and she said she doesn't want me to do it, but if I end up doing she doesn't want me to dumb about it. (I haven't had sex but I did talk to her about the fact I think it may be hard to remain abstinent in the future)

What's the worst thing that could happen? Get yelled at, silent treatment, grounded, etc.? I'm sure you're still going to have sex regardless her reaction. But aleast you won't have to go around being sneaky, lying, feeling guilty, putting yourself at risk of a pregnancy... 
I remember being scared shitless when I told my mom I was having sex 😖 I was 20yrs old at the time however had been sexually active a year prior. I just approached her and told her I wanted to talk to her in private...
Who knows how your mom might react. I don't know your mom. But you might be surprised. At least I was. My mothers reaction was not what I expected. Was positive and she only suggested I take care of myself.

I'm in the same situation. Honestly it depends on your mom and your type of relationship. Like I know for sure I can't tell my mom. She doesn't even know about him. You know you mom best so just give it some thought.
