I'm curious as to how long it took you all to heal up after a vaginal delivery. I'm 10 weeks postpartum and I feel fine walking, running, moving around, etc. it's just when I use the restroom, shower, or even sweat to much it stings!!! It stings bad enough that I've even put off being intimate again with my husband. Just curious to know when I'll start to feel normal again.
