Acne any tips?

Anyone have any tips on how to stop inflation or how to calm down my spots? Or anything? My spots are causing me a lot of self esteem issues and physical pain atm

I had the WORST face EVER. I tried EVERYTHING I mean EVERY.THING. just keep your hair as clean as possible, hold a ice cube to the acne and it will reduce the inflammation and toothpaste reduced the redness! Try whichhazel! It smells like cold hotdogs but use a cotton ball and run it on. It will work if u keep up with it.

Try opening up a tea bag and mixing it with real honey to wash your face that helped me

Have you tried putting sudacrem on at night? Also drink plenty of water! I also put ice on my spots to make them less red! You can also go to the doctors about it and get a prescription to stop acne!
