help w weight loss:)

I am looking for any tips at all to help me get going! I am 5'3 and 175ish, this is the biggest I have ever been, mostly because I was in a car accident in September of 2015. I have to be careful when working out not to re-injure myself. but I really want to loose weight! this is my body and if anybody has tips please please help, I would like to be about 130:)! maybe even 125
