Anyone else experiencing nausea accompanied by stomach aches and diarrhea? I haven't really at much today due to not feeling well. But I've had diarrhea for like 3 days. I am sappose to have my first app with OB tomorrow. But it's sappose to snow heavily here and I'm nervous I won't be able to make it 😷 I'm 10 weeks & 2 days
