I am 14 weeks and this evening my lower stomach has been cramping some, more painful than usual and it feels like I have really bad gas bloat. Could that be the baby & be the baby moving? This is my first child & im little anyways and you can't even tell I'm pregnant yet. I've heard the flutters feels like gas and this is how I've felt a few times this evening. I've went to the restroom to make sure I didn't need to go and I didn't lol
