Body insecurity

so I'm prone to MRSA, which is technically a "flesh eating disease", but with the technology today goes away fast. I planning on having sex this week, for the first time, with my boyfriend. Now I can't though because I have a MRSA spot on the outer part of my vagina. It hurts like hell, and is similar to a boil. I'm really upset because I don't know how to explain to him that I can't.
