I woke up at 1:45 am to use the bathroom when I noticed I had lost my mucus plug after cleaning myself up and changing clothes I decided to join my hubby on the couch and eat some chips and juice with him. At that point I began to have some irregular contractions but nothing serious.  After about 15 mins I started to become tired and went back to bed as soon as I climbed into bed I heard a "pop" and my water had broke!! Immediately after that I had contractions less than 5 mins apart!!! made it to the hospital by 3:15am and my Julian was here by 9:33 am weighing 6lbs 7oz my first born.  He came at 38weeks 5days and labor was painful but not as bad as everyone makes it out to be us first time mommies can do it!!! good luck to all those still waiting for their bundle of joys
