Pregnancy yoga!

So I had my first session of pregnancy yoga last night and I absolutely recommend it!! I used to be so into fitness but since falling pregnant I just Havnt felt up to the gym etc. I've been struggling with anxiety and buttock pain and I felt like a new woman after! Heres a pic of me when I found out at 5 weeks and yesterday (I'll be 19 weeks tomorrow)
