Period pain

I've had my implant removed since October and after having it in for the last 6 years completely forgot how much pain they are!! I'm desperately trying to get pregnant so I don't have to have another one and as soon as that happens I hope to get the implant again.

Please can you tell me what you do to get over the pain? But I am at work so I can't just stay in bed :p
